This page is for deleting your ExpirAlert account and all the data associated with it.
From the app (immediate)
Open the app and go to Settings.
Tap "Delete account and data".
Confirm. Your account, the family list and everything you shared are deleted from the server, then the deadlines, bills, preferences and exported files are deleted from your phone.
Without the app (by email)
Email us from the address you signed in with, at office@yacplanet.ro, with the subject "Delete account".
We confirm receipt within 3 working days.
We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does NOT cancel it: cancel it from your Google Play account, under "Subscriptions". We recommend cancelling first so you are not charged again.

the family list and everything you shared in it
your alert preferences and chosen hour
everything the app keeps on your phone: deadlines, bills, preferences, exported files
What remains after deletion
Nothing of yours remains. We keep no backup containing your account or the family list. The only exceptions are the ones the law requires: the subscription billing records stay with Google Play, because Google processes the payment, not us — see your Google Play account for those.
